At Furever Kare, we are committed to providing high-quality products for your pets and ensuring a smooth shopping experience. Please review our policy to understand the conditions under which you may cancel an order, return a product, or request a refund.
1. Eligibility for Returns & Cancellations
Before Dispatch: You can cancel your order at any time before it is dispatched. To cancel, please contact our support team at info@fureverkare.com or 011-45051127 with your order number and request a cancellation.
After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, it is no longer eligible for cancellation. However, you may still be able to return the product under the conditions outlined below:
- Physically Damaged Products: If the product is damaged upon arrival.
- Infested Products: If the product contains mites or any other infestation.
2. Required Documentation
To process a return, the following documentation is required:
- Unboxing Video: A clear, continuous video recording of the product being unboxed.
- Photographic Evidence: Detailed photos clearly showing the damage or infestation.
If you do not provide this documentation, your return request will be rejected.
3. Process for Returns & Refunds
- Step 1: Contact our customer support at info@fureverkare.com within 48 hours of receiving the product. Include your order number and a brief description of the issue.
- Step 2: Attach the unboxing video and the required photos of the damage or infestation.
- Step 3: Our team will review the evidence and respond within 2 business days with approval or rejection of your return request.
If the return is approved, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
4. Non-Returnable & Non-Cancellable Items
Please note:
- Orders that have already been dispatched are not eligible for cancellation.
- Certain products, such as customized items or those marked as non-cancellable at the time of purchase, cannot be cancelled or returned.
- Returns are not accepted for reasons like a change of mind, personal preference, or incorrect product selection.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
If a return is approved due to physical damage or infestation as per our policy, Furever Kare will cover the return shipping costs. In other situations, customers may be responsible for return shipping charges.
6. Refunds for Cancelled Orders
If your order is cancelled before dispatch, we will process the refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
