Moong Dal & Carrot Pulao for Dogs

A nourishing lunch

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup yellow moong dal (washed)

  • ¼ cup basmati rice

  • 1 small carrot (grated)

  • 1 tsp coconut oil

  • ½ tsp jeera (cumin) seeds

Instructions:

  1. In a pressure cooker, heat coconut oil and lightly sauté jeera.

  2. Add rice, dal, grated carrot, and 2 cups of water.

  3. Pressure cook for 2–3 whistles until soft.

  4. Cool and serve at room temperature.

Why it’s great:

High in protein and fiber, good for digestion, low-fat.
