
Homemade Breakfast for Cats: Chicken & Egg Delight

Ingredients:

½ cup boiled, shredded chicken breast (no spices, no salt)

1 small egg (hard-boiled or scrambled without oil or spices)

2 tablespoons cooked moong dal khichdi (plain, no salt or spices)

1 teaspoon homemade curd (unsweetened, no salt)

A small pinch of dried fenugreek leaves (methi) or fresh coriander (optional, finely chopped)
Instructions:

Prepare plain moong dal khichdi by boiling yellow moong dal and rice together with plenty of water. No salt or spices.

Boil the chicken breast and shred it into tiny pieces.

Hard boil or scramble the egg without any oil or seasoning, then chop finely.

Mix the shredded chicken, egg, and khichdi in a bowl. Add a teaspoon of homemade curd to aid digestion.

Sprinkle a very small amount of finely chopped fresh coriander or dried methi leaves for a mild flavor boost — optional.

Serve at room temperature
Important Notes:
Never add salt, spices, onions, garlic, or chili. These are toxic to cats.
