Ingredients: - 1 cup Masoor Dal - 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, cauliflower) - 1/2 cup cooked rice - 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder (haldi) - 1/4 teaspoon ghee or coconut oil
Instructions: 1. Cook the dal and rice together in a pot of water until tender. 2. Steam the mixed vegetables until tender. 3. Mix the cooked dal and rice mixture with the steamed vegetables. 4. Add turmeric powder and ghee or coconut oil. 5. Mix well. 6. Serve warm.
